Maison Orphée's Grapeseed Oil is Non-GMO Verified and naturally rich in omega-6 essential fatty acid, vitamin E and antioxidants. This Grapeseed Oil has been selected for its neutral character. This vegetable oil has been refined, which explains its light colour and aroma. These qualities makes it a versatile ingredient that is perfect for mayonnaises, marinades or for high heat cooking.
Grapeseed Oil must be heat extracted and refined because grape seeds contain very little oil. A cold-pressed extraction method is possible but very rare and expensive. This oil is bottled in dark glass containers to prevent exposure to light.
